We know how we want our packages to arrive when we order
online or from a catalog and we pack your orders with that ideal in mind.
Each item is carefully inspected when it comes into our warehouse and again
before it leaves. Our warehouse uses high quality packing material and
takes great care and precaution in packing each order so it will arrive to you in
the condition it left us.
If, upon inspection, we find a defect and we do not have
another item in stock to replace it, we notify you immediately upon discovery,
by email. We describe the defect and what options there are available and it is
your choice to accept an option or cancel the item. Please remember to
check your email if it seems like your order is taking too long.
Again, we electronically purchase our postage, so many times, orders get held up because of our inability to
verify the shipping address. We must be able to verify your street address
through the US Postal Service's online verification process, or your order will
be delayed or not be able to be shipped. Please take care in typing your address into your
order. We will notify you by email if your address cannot be verified. Please remember to
check your email if it seems like your order is taking too long.
We wait up to 48 hours for your response to our emails. If we have not received a response from you within 24 hours of
emailing you, we will send you a second request. If we have not heard back
from you within 48 hours, your order will be canceled and the item placed back
in stock. During holiday or low inventory periods, we will not wait
more than 24 hours.
We have found email communication to be the most expedient and
cost effective means of communication, so we rely heavily on email
communication. Please provide
a valid email address that you check often, so you can insure your order will
ship correctly and in a timely manner.

For your protection, the billing address on your order
must match the billing U.S. address that your credit card company has on file
for you. This helps make sure that you are the only one using your
credit card. We only accept U.S. domestic credit cards. Use of an International credit card will cause your order to be cancelled.
Your
CVV/AVS number on the back of the card must exactly match the last card your
credit
card provider sent you and the issuer must be CVV/AVS certified. This is for your protection as well as ours.
Credit card
holders do not always realize that the CVV/AVS number changes each time the card is reissued. It is mandatory that you provide the latest CVV/AVS number provided by the credit card issuer.
IF
YOUR ORDER GOES THROUGH WITH INCORRECT BILLING INFORMATION, IT WILL BE
FLAGGED, INVESTIGATED AND YOUR ORDER MAY BE CANCELLED, OR WE MAY CONTACT YOU OR THE
ISSUING BANK FOR MORE INFORMATION. THIS WILL DELAY THE SHIPPING OF YOUR ORDER,
SHOULD IT BE EVENTUALLY ACCEPTED.
We
report all orders suspected of fraud to the Internet Crime Complaint
Center. The Internet
Crime Complaint Center (IC3) is a partnership between the Federal
Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the National
White Collar Crime Center (NW3C), and the Bureau
of Justice Assistance (BJA).
IF
YOU DISPUTE CHARGES ON YOUR CREDIT CARD AND THE CHARGES WERE NOT AN ERROR,

You can have your order shipped to a different address.
You package will include a copy of your invoice (amount charged you). We can
include a packing slip instead (no amounts shown) upon
request. If it is a gift going directly to the recipient, you
must tell us in the comments section if you do not want a packing slip instead
of a copy of the invoice.
Returns Policies

Your satisfaction is our top priority. Please select the
items you wish to purchase carefully. Remember to refer to our sizing
information on costumes so that you can be sure to get the right size.
Once you receive your package, please open it immediately, and try on
your items. Unfortunately, not all manufacturers use the same sizing
methods. If you need to return or exchange an item, you must contact
us within three (3) days. EMAIL
The following items are non-returnable under any circumstances:
Including, but not limited to, Wigs, Hats,
Socks, Gloves, Neckties, Underwear, Clearance Items and all seasonal items. Items that
have non-returnable items as an accessory, cannot be returned.
Return requests will only
be accepted within the first 3 days of the receipt of merchandise and
must be postmarked and mailed to us within 3 days with an approved RMA (Return
Merchandise Authorization number). All returns will be subject to
a 15% restocking fee. Returns exchanged for new merchandise or
a store credit will not be charged a restocking fee. S/H is
not refundable.
All returns must be in
the original package in original condition, unworn. We do not
accept returns of worn merchandise. No exceptions please. You may
request a RMA number from us. This number must be printed on your
shipping label and you must include a copy of your original order with
your return. You can do this by EMAIL
and request an RMA number. Please refer to your order number
when requesting an RMA number. The customer is responsible for all
shipping charges on returns. We cannot accept any postage dues, COD's
and no credits will be issued. Please pack the merchandise safely so it
reaches us in the same condition it reached you. Upon receiving
your AUTHORIZED return, your account will be credited back the purchase
price minus the restocking fees, if applicable. S/H will not be
refunded.
DO NOT RETURN ITEMS WITHOUT AN ASSIGNED RMA#. ITEMS RETURNED WITHOUT RMA#'S ARE ONLY PROCESSED AFTER ALL OTHER STORE BUSINESS IS COMPLETED. YOU WILL DELAY ANY DECISION BY RETURNING YOUR ITEM WITHOUT AN RMA#.
CREDITS & REFUNDS: Once your package has been processed: a credit will be issued immediately to your original method of payment less restocking, shipping and handling charges. For credit card orders, please allow 1-2 billing statements for your credit to appear.
Defective Items

We carefully inspect
every item we ship, but occasionally we may miss something. We will accept defective
item returns within 3 days of delivery for an exchange or replacement,
if possible. If we cannot replace or exchange the item, we will
credit your charge account the appropriate amount (same terms and conditions as above apply).
Unfortunately, as we all know, there are some
people out there who just want an item for the holidays or that special occasion
and then want to return it afterwards for a refund with no intention of ever
keeping it, so we regret that we have had to implement the following return
policy for your protection as well as ours:

HOLIDAY SPECIFIC ITEMS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN AFTER THE HOLIDAY HAS PASSED.
THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.
EXAMPLES: HALLOWEEN COSTUMES, CHRISTMAS DECORATIONS, ANY OTHER HOLIDAY RELATED
ITEM, DATED ITEMS ETC.
THERE ARE SOME ITEMS THAT MAY NEVER
BE RETURNED FOR HEALTH REASON, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WIGS, HATS,
GLOVES, SOCKS. ALSO CLEARANCE AND SOME SALE ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED. WE CANNOT
ACCEPT RETURNS ON THESE ITEMS, EVEN IF THE PACKAGE APPEARS NOT TO HAVE BEEN
OPENED.

BALLOONS RETURN

BALLOONS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED
FOR RETURN IF THERE IS A MANUFACTURER'S DEFECT. MANUFACTURERS HAVE
IMPROVED THE FOIL BALLOON TO THE POINT OF VERY FEW DEFECTIVES. THE AVERAGE
DEFECTIVE RATE IS APPROXIMATELY ONE PER 200. MANY TIMES A FOIL BALLOON IS
DAMAGED BY IMPROPER INFLATION TECHNIQUES, NOT MANUFACTURER DEFECT.
FOIL BALLOONS ARE GUARANTEED ONLY
IF INFLATED WITH AN AUTOMATIC SHUT-OFF VALVE. RETURNED FOILS WITH THE NECK
CUT OFF WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AS WE CANNOT DETERMINE FACTORY DEFECT. CREDIT
CANNOT BE GIVEN FOR FOIL BALLOONS THAT HAVE BURST AS INDICATED BY JAGGED EDGES
IN THE SEAM AREA (THIS INDICATES THE SEAM HELD, BUT THE BALLOON WAS OVER INFLATED).
IF A SEAM SEPARATES LEAVING SMOOTH POINTS OF DETACHMENT, THIS WOULD INDICATE A
DEFECT.
IF YOU HAVE DETERMINED A DEFECT
IN A BALLOON, FLATTEN THE BALLOON BY INSERTING A STRAW THROUGH THE NECK AND MARK
THE DEFECT WITH A PERMANENT MARKER.
INDIVIDUAL LATEX BALLOONS ARE NOT
GUARANTEED BY THE MANUFACTURER. IF YOU HAVE AN ENTIRE BAG OF DEFECTIVE
LATEX, CONTACT US FOR AUTHORIZATION AND INSTRUCTIONS TO RETURN THE ENTIRE BAG.
A WARRANTY CARD IS INCLUDED WITH
THE PURCHASE OF EQUIPMENT.
